abstract | Disclosed is a manufacturing method for phosphor material using Mg-α-SiAlON as host lattice, which includes: providing a pellet-like substance comprising magnesium metal source, silicon element source, aluminum metal source, oxygen element source, solid nitrogen element source, ammonium halide and activator ion source; covering the pellet-like substance with an igniter to obtain a reactive pellet; placing the reactive pellet in an adiabatic apparatus and filling ceramic powder between the adiabatic apparatus and the reactive pellet; and combusting the igniter to ignite the pellet-like substance, thereby obtaining a phosphor material using Mg-α-SiAlON as host lattice. By this way, the present manufacturing method can achieve the purpose of having simple manufacturing process, not consuming time and not requiring the process conditions of high temperature and high pressure. |
