titleOfInvention | Light-emitting device and manufacturing method of light-emitting device |
abstract | Provided is a light-emitting device that is a structure which needs no process for removing ink coated upon unnecessary locations while forming a light-emitting layer through coating method, and comprises plural organic EL elements having electron injection layer that can be easily formed. One aspect of the light-emitting device according to this invention is a light-emitting device comprising a support substrate, and a plurality of organic EL elements disposed in a predetermined arrangement direction on the support substrate and connected in series, wherein the light-emitting layer extends in the predetermined arrangement direction across the plurality of organic EL elements, each of the pair of electrodes has an extension part extending in a width direction while protruded from the light-emitting layer when viewed from one side of the thickness direction of the support substrate, one of the pair of electrodes further has a connection part extending in the arrangement direction from the extension part up to the other electrode of the organic EL element adjacent in the arrangement direction and connected to the other electrode, and the electron injection layer contains an ionic polymer. |
