abstract The present invention relates to a substrate with patterns having effect of three-dimensional color dazzle and the method for forming the patterns and manufacturing the finished goods of the same, wherein a plastic foaming plate can be selectively used as a substrate, a reflection film with a surface being electroplated can be covered on the substrate, and then hot-pressed to form uneven lines; alternatively, the hot-pressing step to form uneven lines can be made before the step of the reflection film with a surface being electroplated to be covered on the substrate. Finally, it can become a printed layer via a printing treatment so that the surface of the substrate will be provided with patterns with three-dimensional color dazzle, and can be applied for a variety of products, such as containers, trays, frames for spectacles or watch bands. Still further, the substrate is made of hollow tiny beads with mixture from one group of conpolypropylene (PP), acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), polystyrene (PS), polycarbonate (PC), polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) or ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer resin (EVA).
