abstract The present invention is related to a composition which comprises Tellimagrandin II and a β -lactam antibiotic or a polyketide antibiotic. Besides, Tellimagrandin II provides as a medicament for biofilm prevention of Staphylococcus aureus. The present invention further provides a use of Tellimagrandin II for the manufacture of a medicament for use in treatment of sepsis. In addition, the present invention further provides a use of Tellimagrandin II for the manufacture of a medicament for use in treatment of leukemia.
