abstract | The manufacturing method of phosphor powder of the present invention includes: providing a mixture; dissolving the mixture into a solvent to form a mixture solution; gelatinizing the mixture solution to form a colloidal mixture; heating the colloidal mixture to make it burn to form a precursor powder; and placing the precursor powder under the atmosphere of nitrogen to carry out the hot carbon reduction reaction to form a phosphor powder. Thus, the production process of the phosphor powder is simplified, and reduction of the consumed cost in the entire production process is achieved. |
