abstract |
The first aspect of the present invention is an ink for an active layer of an organic solar cell, which comprises an organic semiconductor compound, an inorganic semiconductor compound, an organic solvent and a dispersant, wherein the dispersant is a compound that has a skeleton having an aromatic ring and/or a heterocyclic ring and also has a polar group bound to an asymmetric position for the skeleton and the dispersant fulfills all of the following requirements (1)-(3): (1) the dispersant has a lower LUMO level than that of the organic semiconductor compound; (2) the solubility of the dispersant in the organic solvent is equivalent to or higher than the solubility of the organic semiconductor compound in the organic solvent; and (3) the dispersant has a higher HOMO level than that of the inorganic semiconductor compound. |
