titleOfInvention | Method for automatically squeezing tea leaves |
abstract | A method for automatically squeezing tea leaves, which comprises the following steps: picking, water-removing, curing, squeezing, deblocking and drying. The tea farmer places the tea leaves into a closed space of an automatic tea forming machine after the tea leaves are cured, and then squeezes the tea leaves into blocks by using a mechanical arm, and finally separates the tea leaves by using a deblocking machine. By such a squeezing step, the force applied to the tea leaves is even and the tea leaves can be dried effectively, thus improving the quality of the tea leaves, and reducing time, cost and manpower for manufacturing the tea leaves. |
