abstract An inquiring and transforming system for translation and a method thereof are provided. A paragraph mark is marked in the end of a paragraph of a web page. When a word in the web page is conformed translation thesaurus information and classification value information, a word mark is marked after the word of said web page. When the paragraph mark is chosen, then a translation transforming process is executed. When the word mark is chosen, then a translation inquiring process is executed. Therefore, the efficiency of operating translation inquiry conveniently and providing translation explanation or translation transformation correctly may be achieved.
