| abstract |
This method for producing a polyglycolic acid resin undrawn yarn includes: a discharge step for forming a fibrous polyglycolic acid resin by discharging a polyglycolic acid resin in a molten state from a spinning nozzle; a heat-retention step for holding the fibrous polyglycolic acid resin for a period of at least 0.0012 seconds after being discharged in an ambient having a temperature that is at least 110.5 DEG C and no greater than the melting point of the polyglycolic acid resin; and a cooling step that cools the fibrous polyglycolic acid resin obtained from the heat-retention step, obtaining polyglycolic acid resin undrawn yarn. |
