abstract | The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for circuit of touch panel, and more particularly to a manufacturing method for circuit of touch panel capable of quickly removing the metal film of the non-circuit portion without damaging the transparent conductive layer. The method includes the following steps: forming a protection layer of a circuit pattern on the surface of metal film; placing the substrate and a conductor into a chloride salt solution and respectively connecting to a positive electrode and a negative electrode of a direct current source to quickly remove the metal film of the non-circuit portion; and, then removing the protection layer to complete the manufacturing for circuit of touch panel. The method according to the present invention may not only quickly complete the manufacturing of circuit, but also reduce the manufacturing cost and provide a safe and pollution-free process. |
