The rotation device includes a gear shifting wire fastening block. The rotation device is fitted on the holder, and the gear shifting wire may be rotated in accordance with the gear wire fastening block that is toward a first rotation direction or a second rotation direction to achieve the purpose of forwardly or backwardly shifting gear. The user may rotate the control device along the second rotation direction to forwardly shift the gear, and the user may rotate the control device along the first rotation direction to backwardly shift the gear.
