abstract The present invention relates to a stamper in which oxidized film (14) formed on the surface of the aluminum substance (10) consisting of aluminum that content of the Ti is 150 to 500 ppm, and content of B or C is 1 to 50 ppm, and purity is more than 99.9 %, has the fine concavo-convex structure consisting of plural pores (12) that aspect ratio (depth of the pores! average distance between each pore (12)) is 1 to 4. According to the present invention, a stamper in which an appearance of the pattern which comes from the trace of the crystal grain to the surface of the oxidized film is controlled and that can be provided at a low cost, a material that is made from the stamper having a good appearance, and a manufacturing method of the stamper and the material, can be provided.
