The adult stem cells are selected from the group consisting of neural stem cells, neural progenitor cells, adipose-derived adult stem cells, human gingival fibroblasts, bone mesenchymal stem cells, lung stem cell and placenta-derived mesenchymal stem cells. The method can sustain the self-renew and stemness of adult stem cells.
