titleOfInvention comprising a bag made of food-grade high-pressure plastic film to which a bag nozzle element that contains a movable glass marble therein is attached
abstract The present invention relates to an oxidization-resisting filling and packaging structure of cold spring beverage, which uses food-grade high-pressure plastic film that is resistant to high pressure to make a packaging container bag to which a bag nozzle element containing a glass marble is thermally attached. When all sorts of high pressure soda beverage composed of a primary constituent of cold spring are filled into the packaging container bag in a vacuum sterile chamber, the high pressure gas force the glass marble to move toward an outlet opening of a bag nozzle element of the bag nozzle body so as to prevent the filled high pressure gas beverage from contacting oxygen in the atmosphere without causing the oxidization phenomenon. Further, a depressible cap mounted to the bag nozzle is gradually moved through rotation to make its pushing edge thereof depressing the glass marble inward, allowing the high pressure gas to gradually release and thus preventing the high pressure gas beverage from abruptly ejecting outward.
