Disclosed are a translucent substrate, with which power generation efficiency of a solar cell is sufficiently improved, and a solar cell module. The translucent laminate is provided on the light receiving surface side of a photoelectric conversion layer, and from the light receiving surface side of the photoelectric conversion layer, the translucent laminate is sequentially provided with: a translucent base body which protects the photoelectric conversion layer; a wavelength conversion film on a base body surface, said film having a wavelength conversion function of converting light, which is in a wavelength region having a low photoelectric conversion efficiency, and which includes light in a wavelength region having a low transmissivity with respect to at least the translucent base body, into light in a wavelength region having a high photoelectric conversion efficiency; and a reflection preventing film which reduces reflection of received light. |
