The present invention provides a phosphor, which comprises the composition with the composition formula as shown in the following formula (I), wherein M is selected from the group composed of Mg, Ba, Be, and Zn, A is selected from the group composed of Al, Ga, In, Sc, Y, La, Gd, and Lu, B is selected from the group composed of Si, Ge, Sn, Ti, Zr, and Hf, Z element is selected from the group composed of Eu and Ce, while 0 < P < 1, 0 < q < 1, 0 ≤ m < 1, 0 ≤ t ≤ 0.3, 0.00001 ≤ r ≤ 0.1, a=1, 0.8 ≤ b ≤ 1.2, and 2.7 ≤ n ≤ 3.1; and the leaching content of the normalized Sr of the phosphor is 1 to 20 ppm so as to obtain the high-luminance phosphor with the wavelength lying in the region of 600 ro 680 nm. In addition, the present invention also simultaneously provides a light-emitting apparatus with high luminance. |
