abstract |
A process for the producing a metal sulfide film on a substrate by a chemical bath deposition process by immersing the substrate into an aqueous chemical bath solution containing a water soluble source of hydroxide ions, a water soluble metal salt of the metal of the sulfide to be deposited on the substrate, and a N-monoalkyl thiourea for a time and at a temperature suitable for production of the metal sulfide film on the substrate surface, and removing from the solution the substrate having thereon the metal sulfide film. |
