abstract A white light emitting diode device includes a blue light emitting diode light source, a sealant material, a green phosphor powder material, and an orange phosphor powder material. The sealant material is used to cover the blue light emitting diode light source and filled with the green phosphor powder material, wherein the green phosphor powder material is (Lu1-x-y-a-bYxGdy)3(Al1-zGaz)5O12: CeaPrb, 0 ≤ x ≤ 1, 0 ≤ y ≤ 1, 0 ≤ z ≤ 0.1, 0 ≤ a ≤ 0.2, and0 ≤ b ≤ 0.1. The orange phosphor powder material is also included in the sealant material, wherein the orange phosphor powder material includes at least one of compound A or compound B. Compound A is(Sr1-x-y-zCaxBayMgz)2SiO4: Euw, 0 ≤ x ≤ 1, 0 ≤ y ≤ 1, 0 ≤ z ≤ 1, 0.03 ≤ w ≤ 0.2. Compound B is (M1)x(M2)y(Si, Al)12(O, N)16, M1 represents Li, Mg, Ca or Y, M2 represents Ce, Pr, Eu, Tb, Yb or Er, 0.05 ≤ x+y ≤ 1.5, and 0 ≤ y ≤ 0.7.
