abstract | Disclosed is a hairdressing cosmetic which has a low viscosity but still has the excellent hair styling performance and excellent hair re-styling performance. The non-sticky and smooth characteristics of the hairdressing cosmetic can achieve extremely light hair styling finish. The hairdressing cosmetic comprises (a) 0.1 to 20 mass% of at least one component selected from (a1) sugar alcohol, (a2) sugar, (a3) poly(alkylene glycol) polymer and (a4) inorganic salt each of which has a solid form at ambient temperature (25 DEG C), (b) 0.1 to 25 mass% of a sugar derivative and/or sugar alcohol derivatives each of which has a liquid form at ambient temperature, (c) 0.1 to 12 mass% of at least one film-forming polymer selected from a film-forming acrylic polymer and a film-forming vinyl polymer (other than an amphoteric polymer) and a urethane polymer, and (d) an aqueous solvent, wherein the viscosity of the system is 10,000 mPas or less (25 DEG C, measured with B-type viscometer at 25 DEG C). The sugar derivatives or the sugar alcohol derivatives of (b) are alkylene oxide addition polymer of sugar or sugar alcohol. The sugar alcohol of (a1) is selected from maltitol, sorbitol, ribitol, mannitol, arabitol, galactitol, xylitol, erythritol and inositol. The poly(alkylene glycol) polymer of (a3) has a mass average molecular weight of 1,000 to 20,000. The aqueous solvent of (d) is water or alcohol solvent. The aqueous solvent of (d) may be ethanol. The component (a) at least includes the component (a1) and/or the component (a3). |
