abstract | The present invention provides the apparatus and the manufacturing method of a thin film type solar cell which comprises a first electrode forming portion to form the first electrode on the substrate, the first separating portion formed by separating the first electrodes by a predetermined interval; a photoelectric conversion layer forming portion used to form a photoelectric conversion layer on the substrate containing the first electrode and the first separating portion; a contact line forming portion used to form a contact line by eliminating some predetermined portion of the photoelectric conversion layer formed on the first electrode; a printing portion used to form a second electrode on the photoelectric conversion layer forming unit; an etching construction unit used to eliminate the photoelectric conversion layer inside the second separating portion by wet etching process to expose the first electrode inside the second separating portion; wherein the second electrode connects with the first electrode via contact line, and separated at predetermined intervals through the second separating portion. |
