Environmental data signals are detect by the detecting elements, such as temperature, shock, substance concentration, liquid level, salinity, soil moisture or smog. When the environmental data signals overtake a threshold, a warning signal is send by the central monitoring element to a specific target. Therefore, the disaster losses are reduced due to early prevention or response. |
