titleOfInvention | Detoxification fermentation broth having high concentration of superoxide dismutases (SOD) and manufacture thereof |
abstract | Disclosed is a manufacture of detoxification fermentation broth having a high concentration of superoxide dismutases (SOD). The manufacture comprises the steps of: (A) providing bacterium Lactobacillus plantarum and Saccharomyce cerevisie; (B) seeding a predetermined amount of the bacterium into a vegetative material containing a predetermined sugar content; (C) culturing with continuous aerobic and static fermentation for a predetermined period between a predetermined temperature range; (D) obtaining a fermentation broth having a high concentration of SOD. The fermentation broth manufactured as above has a concentration of SOD higher than 3000 Units/ mL. The fermentation broth has been identified to be able to prevent gene damage and genetic mutation. |
