titleOfInvention Use of CD13 receptor for preparing drug for inhibiting Mycobacterium tuberculosis
abstract This invention discloses a use of CD13 receptor for preparing a drug for inhibiting Mycobacterium tuberculosis, using at least an anti-CD13 antibody to be combined to a CD13 receptor of a cell to inhibit the cell from being infected by Mycobacterium tuberculosis, wherein the anti-CD13 antibody is WM15 antibody or WM47 antibody. The application of anti-CD13 antibody can lower the CD-13 expression and inhibit the Mycobacterium from entering monocyte or surviving in the monocyte, capable of effectively killing the Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
