abstract |
The present invention manufactures an optical semiconductor protecting material which contains chain olefin-cyclic olefin copolymer elastomer that takes chain olefin and cyclic olefin as polymerization components. The aforementioned elastomer is taking α -chain C2-4 olefin and polycyclic olefin as polymerization components, and the raio of the two could be α -chain C2-4 olefin/polycyclic olefin = 80/20 to 99/1. The aforementioned optical semiconductor protecting material could further contain organic silicon compound that has hydrolytic condensational group. The optical semiconductor protecting material 1 is suitable as a sealing material or filling material 3 of solar battery, which is used to seal solar battery cell 4. The optical semiconductor protecting material is having high transparency and weather resistance, having moderate elasticity, and is able to protect optical semiconductor effectively. |
