abstract | The present invention provides a liquid crystal display element and a positive radiation-sensitive composition. The liquid crystal is provided with interlayer insulation film having excellent heat resistance and light resistance, and has high voltage holding ratio. The positive radiation-sensitive composition has excellent storage stability and is suitable for forming the interlayer insulation film. The present invention also provides a liquid crystal display element that is provided with two substrates arranged opposite each other, interlayer insulation film laminated on inner surface side of at least one substrate of these substrates, and liquid crystal layer disposed between the substrates and formed from polymerizable liquid crystal composition. Resin forming the interlayer insulation film has crosslinked part of polymer represented by general formula (1). |
