abstract | The present invention relates to a method for detecting fucoidan, comprising: providing a quantitative amount of IgG antibody in a container, reacting a quantitative amount of biotinylated AAL with fucoidan to form a reactant; adding the reactant into the container to react with the IgG antibody for a while, removing the reactant to undergo color reaction, and obtaining a concentration data from the color reaction. According to the linear relationship and specificity between fucoidan and AAL, the concentration of fucoidan could be calculated quickly and precisely. |
