titleOfInvention | Method for producing energy plastic mother particles and its derived plastic products |
abstract | The present invention provides a method for producing energy plastic mother particles and plastic products containing energy plastic mother particles produced in this method. The production method is as follows. Black carbon is treated with ozone oxidation and adequately mixed with nanometer electrical stone powder to produce base stock. Superfine rutile titania is further added and adequately mixed into the base stock to produce energy stock. The mixture of energy stock is dried under 100-120 DEG C for one to two hours. Added into the dried energy stock is dispersant, whose weight accounts for 2% to 4% of the total weight of the base stock (the mixture of black carbon and nanometer electrical stone powder). After the addition of dispersant, plastic carrier resin is added to the energy stock and well mixed to produce composite material. The weight of the added plastic carrier resin accounts for 12% to 18% of the total weight of the base stock (the mixture of black carbon and nanometer electrical stone powder). The composite material is then turned into plastic mother particles by production apparatus. |
