titleOfInvention | Tandem solar cell |
abstract | This invention discloses a tandem solar cell. The tandem solar cell is stacked in such sequences: a transparent substrate, a front electrode layer, a first cell layer, a functional optical media layer, a second cell layer and a back electrode layer. The incident light enters the transparent substrate, the front electrode layer, the first cell layer, the functional optical media layer, and the second cell layer in sequence. After the incident light reflects from the back electrode layer, the functional optical media layer reduces the energy of incident light of reentering the first cell layer. |
