abstract A method for carrying out an anti-counterfeit effect by using Bouin solution as stabilizer to biological tissue is disclosed and used to preserve biological tissue samples selected from mass tissues or extract material by a histochemical method, so as to form a permanent anti-counterfeit tag. The anti-counterfeit tag uses individual micro-structure patterns of each of the biological tissue samples as an anti-counterfeit comparison pattern, and the anti-counterfeit tag can be attached to a protected article for providing an anti-counterfeit effect. Furthermore, images of the micro-structure patterns of the biological tissue samples in the anti-counterfeit tag can be captured and stored in advance, so that the images can be used to compare with images of other anti-counterfeit tags on other articles.
