The present invention discloses a method of controlling cell shape including culturing cells on a surface of a substrate, wherein the surface has a coating of a blend of polycaprolactone and chitosan. The cell shapes of the cultured cells on the substrate can be changed by varying the content of polycaprolactone in the polycaprolactone/chitosan blend of the coating. |
