titleOfInvention Dehydrogenation method of precipitating hardening-type Martensite-series stainless steel
abstract A dehydrogenation method of precipitating hardening-type Martensite-series stainless steel is disclosed, which includes: (a) under the temperature condition not lower than 1040 DEG C, a precipitating hardening-type Martensite-series stainless steel is made to carry out the temperature maintenance in the calculation manner in which the thickness per inch is not lower than 60 minutes to make the precipitate of the precipitating hardening-type Martensite-series stainless steel solid solution; (b) quenching the precipitating hardening-type Martensite-series stainless steel through the step (a) to the temperature not greater than 300 DEG C; and (c) under the low temperature condition not greater than 500 DEG C, the precipitating hardening-type Martensite-series stainless steel through the step (b) is made to carry out the temperature maintenance in the calculation manner in which the thickness per inch is not lower than 120 minutes to remove the hydrogen in the precipitating hardening-type Martensite-series stainless steel until the hydrogen content is not greater than 2ppm.
