abstract | A sinker control device of hosiery knifing machine comprises a sinker lid, multiple control units installed at the sinker lid, and plural driving units mounted at the sinker lid and for linking those control units. The sinker lid has a ring groove and plural guide groove sets. Each of these control units has a first control piece and a second control piece. The first control piece has two guide pins capable of being slidely inserted into each guide groove set and two guide parts. The second control piece has two guide sliding parts mutually fit with the guide parts. Since the driving units are utilized to respectively drive the first control pieces to generate displacements along the ring direction, the gap between those control units and the ring groove can be changed; and the purpose of accurately controlling the stroke of the sinker and increasing the quality of woven socks can be achieved. |
