An overvoltage protector comprises a substrate, two electrodes provided on a surface of the substrate, and a driving layer. The driving layer made of metal, magnetic metal oxide and binder connects between the electrodes. The manufacturing method thereof comprises: providing two electrodes on the substrate, printing ink made of metal, magnetic metal oxide and binder on the surface of the substrate to form a coating between the electrodes; and baking the substrate in 150 DEG C to 400 DEG C to obtain the driving layer. |
