titleOfInvention Expression vector suitable for intestinal probiotic and method for preparing oral bacterin by using antigen expressed by the same
abstract An expression vector suitable for intestinal probiotics and a method for preparing an oral bacterin by using a foreign protein expressed by the vector as an antigen are provided. The method includes steps of: (a) providing the expression vector that contains a foreign gene sequence capable of expressing a signal peptide, an M cell ligand and a target protein; (b) transfecting an intestinal probiotic strain with the expression vector of Step (a); (c) culturing flora of the intestinal probiotic strain while the foreign gene sequence is allowed to be expressed; (d) making the target protein secreted by the signal peptide; and (e) using the target protein as the antigen which actively binds the intestinal M cell ligand so as to achieve active entry of the target protein into intestinal M cells.
