To obtain a composite improved in joining strength to a resin member by carrying out laser joining using an aluminum alloy member having its surface form complicated. After the surface of an aluminum alloy plate to be joined is made uneven by etching, the resin member is laid on one side of the aluminum alloy plate to overlap with each other. After that, the other side of the aluminum alloy plate is irradiated with laser beams to soften the resin member, and the unevenness is filled with the resin member. The aluminum alloy plate can be blasted before being etched. |
