titleOfInvention | Electrode structure of light emitting diode chip |
abstract | An electrode structure of a light emitting diode (LED) chip includes a first electrode and a second electrode corresponding to the first electrode. Each of the first and second electrodes includes at least a main road, at least a branch extending from the at least a main road, and at least an electrode pad. A distance between a distal end of the branch of the first electrode and the electrode pad of the second electrode is smaller than that between any of other portions of the branch of the first electrode and the electrode pad of the second electrode, to thereby avoid crowded electric current formed between the first electrode and the electrode pad of the second electrode to save power accordingly. |
