abstract |
This invention provides a pre-treatment agent for electrolysis plating capable of maintaining the stability of Pd (II) in an organic solvent for a long period. This invention also provides an electrolysis plating method using such a pre-treatment agent, the method being capable of forming an electrolysis plating film having an excellent adhering property, as well as an electrolysis plated article. The pre-treatment agent for electrolysis plating of this invention is characterized in being constituted by solving an organic palladium compound and a coordination compound in an organic solvent, wherein the coordination compound has a functional group having a metal-capturing function and is selected from the group consisting of an imidazole analogue, a polyetbylene amine, ethyleneimine, and polythylenemine. |
