abstract This invention relates to an integrated algae biodiesel and algae fermentation reuse technology, comprising the microalgae, a photo-reactor, an oil extraction, a fermentation tank, and by-product. The microalgae are the algae with high oil content; the photo-reactor is a production apparatus for culturing microalgae with high oil content; the oil extraction comprises extracting oil from the algae cultured by the photo-reactor; the fermentation tank is used to decompose and ferment the algae to produce by-product; the by-product is the healthcare food or aqueous organic feed made by algae fermented by the fermentation tank, wherein oxygen produced by microalgae growth is used for the fermentation of algae, and the carbon dioxide produced by the algae is used as the carbon source required by the growth of microalgae, such that the operation of the photo-reactor and fermentation tank forms a circulation.
