| abstract |
The present invention provides a β -Sialon phosphor represented by general formula Si6-zAlzOzN8-z[wherein is 0 < z < 4.2] as a base material. The β -Sialon phosphor comprises Eu2 + that is present in a solid solution, when excited with blue light, has a peak in range of wavelength of 520-560nm. The average diffusion reflectance of β -Sialon phosphor at wavelength of 700-800 nm is 90% and the diffusion reflectance of β -Sialon phosphor at fluorescence peak wavelength is 85%. |
