abstract |
An organic-inorganic complex according to the present invention includes metal oxide particles and an organic polymer compound including an organic ligand bonded to a polymer chain including an organic ligand-containing monomer and a vinyl monomer by covalent bonding. The organic polymer compound is bonded to metal oxide particles by forming a complex of the organic ligand and metallic atoms adhering to the surface of the metal oxide particles. The organic-inorganic complex allows a chemical bond between the metal oxide particles and the organic polymer compound including the organic ligand to be formed, thereby improving emission property such as stabilization of emission intensity and emission wavelength, as well as improving transparency, thermai stability, and mechanical property such as hardness. |
