abstract The present invention provides a manufacturing method of synthetic leather and a surface film thereof. The manufacturing method of the synthetic leather is to prepare a film layer containing a crosslinking agent and a base layer to stack the film layer and the base layer, and press-transfer the film layer continuously to proceed with first heating, so that the film layer in a partially crosslinked state is consolidated with the base layer to form a green compact, followed by second heating and embossing operation applied to the green compact, thereby producing the synthetic leather. The synthetic leather has a thin film formed by the film layer and completed with the crosslinking reaction. The manufacturing method of the surface film of the synthetic leather is to prepare a film layer containing a crosslinking agent, then press-transfer the film layer continuously to proceed with first heating and obtain a film layer of partially crosslinked state. Then, second heating and embossing operation are applied to the film layer of the partially crosslinked state, thereby producing the thin film completing the crosslinking reaction.
