titleOfInvention | Manufacturing method of injection-molded product made of plant fiber |
abstract | The present invention provides a manufacturing method of injection molded product made of plant fiber. First, a mixed material of plant fiber is prepared. The mixed material of plant fiber is then fed to an injection nozzle by a feeder, while the temperatures of the feeder and the injection nozzle are lower than or equal to 58 DEG C. Afterwards, the mixed material is injected into and thus fills a cavity of a mold. The mold cavity is defined and formed by a mold wall. By heating the mold wall, the mixed material is heated up and cured to form an injection-molded product, the temperature of the mold wall being set at 90 DEG C-180 DEG C. The present invention allows heating to be proceeded with in the step of injecting the mixed material into the injection mold and heating curing fashion is determined according to the characteristics of the plant fiber mixed-material so that the molded product can be taken out at high temperature to reduce the occupied time of the mold. Furthermore, since the main material is plant fiber, the present invention is not only environmental-friendly, energy-saving, but also has high efficiency of manufacturing process and low cost. |
