abstract |
Disclosed is a conductive optical element capable of providing a wide range of surface resistance and of providing excellent transmission properties. The conductive optical element is provided with: a substrate having a surface; a plurality of structures disposed on the surface of the substrate at a fine pitch no wider than the wavelength of visible light; and a transparent conductive film formed on the surface of the structures. The transparent conductive film is shaped to copy the shape of the structures. The aspect ratio of the structures is between 0.2 and 1.28 inclusive and the film thickness of the transparent conductive film is between 9nm and 50nm inclusive. |
