titleOfInvention | Photo-polymerizing composition and functional panel using the same |
abstract | This invention provides a photo-polymerizing composition and a functional panel using the same. The photo-polymerizing composition employs a formula excellence in compatibility with compounds of low surface free energy to use various compounds of low surface free energy and can bring features, such as chemicals resistance, hot water resistance, into full play when applying in a coating layer for the functional panels. More particularly, it can be suitable for parts in water usage places to develop excellent contamination resistance effect. The photo-polymerizing composition is characterized by containing: (A) low-polarity (methyl) acrylate ester lower polymer having 1, 2- butylene oxide unit, (B) photo-polymerizing monomer in which a dissolution parameter (SP value) is below 20.0 (J/cm.sup.3).sup.0.5, and (C) compounds of low surface free energy. |
