titleOfInvention | Thermochromatic device and thermochromatic display apparatus |
abstract | The present invention relates to a thermochromic element, which includes an insulating substrate, a color displaying component and at least one heating element for heating the color displaying component, wherein the said insulating substrate has a surface, while the color displaying component and the heating element are disposed on the surface of the insulating substrate. The said at least one heating element includes at least a carbon nanotube structure, said color displaying component includes chromogenic material that can incur transition from amorphous state to crystalline state at more than 40 DEG C, and the chromogenic material has different light reflectivity in crystalline state and amorphous state. Further, the invention provides a thermochromic display device that uses the aforementioned thermochromic element. |
