abstract | Disclosed is an ultraviolet-ray-curable resin coating agent which can be applied onto a printing pattern on a hydraulic transfer film to restore the adhesion properties of the printing pattern. The coating agent comprises an ultraviolet-ray-curable resin composition comprising a photopolymerizable oligomer, a photopolymerizable monomer and a photopolymerization initiator for the purpose of having improved film strength of a hydraulic-transfer-decolated layer, improved chemical resistance and improved light resistance, wherein the photopolymerizable oligomer comprises a polyfunctional oligomer and a bifunctional oligomer, and the photopolymerizable monomer is a bifunctional monomer. The coating agent additionally comprises a non-reactive resin. In the coating agent, the photopolymerizable oligomer is contained in an amount of 25 to 56 wt%, the photopolymerizable monomer is contained in an amount of 33 to 65 wt%, the photopolymerization initiator is contained in an amount of 5 to 10 wt%, and the non-reactive resin is contained in an amount of 2 to 10 wt%. |
