titleOfInvention Welding material containing diamond particles
abstract A welding material containing diamond particles comprises a solder material and a plurality of coated diamond particles mixed therewith. Each coated diamond particle comprises a metal carbide coating layer formed on a surface of the diamond particle and at least one metal coating layer bonded to the metal carbide coating layer. The metal carbide coating layer on the surface of the diamond particle can facilitate stable combination of the diamond particle and the metal coating layer, preventing separation and loss of bonding function caused by numerous cycles of temperature increase and decrease, such that the coated diamond particles can be uniformly mixed in the solder material. In addition, by adjusting the ratio and size of the coated diamond particles, welding material of different properties can be made, thereby providing different applicability to the welding material containing the diamond particles.
