titleOfInvention Hybrid machining wire saw
abstract A hybrid machining wire saw comprises: a wire core, a plurality of reactive abrasives, a plurality of cutting abrasives, and a bonding layer. The plurality of reactive abrasives and the plurality of cutting abrasives are bonded to the wire core by the bonding layer. In cutting a material, the reactive abrasives repeatedly generate solid-phase chemical reaction with the material surface, thereby forming a solid-phase chemical reaction layer, which is simultaneously removed by the plurality of cutting abrasives. Therefore, this invention has the advantages of reducing sub-surface damage, preventing separation of the cutting abrasives, and forming a rougher cutting surface.
