titleOfInvention Antifungal sheet material and method of preparation thereof
abstract The present invention is related to a sheet material with excellent antifungal efficacy, a food preservation method by utilizing the above-mentioned sheet material, and a method of preparatoin thereof. More specifically speaking, it is related to a sheet material, a food preservation method by utilizing the above-mentioned sheet material, and a method of preparation thereof. The sheet material makes the Diiodomethyl-p-tolyl sulfone contained into the fiber material by means of the state of cyclodextrin wrapping up the chemical compound to display antifungal efficacy, the continuity of antifungal efficacy, and the antifungal efficacy versus the restricted space. By means of utilizing the above-mentioned sheet material to place the sheet material into the refrigerator or the food packaging container without direct contact with the food to prevent the food from decaying, the food can be preserved under the state of sanitation and high freshness. The above-mentioned sheet material can make the iodine further contained into the fiber material in the state of using cyclodextrin to wrap up the chemical compound to be prepared thereof.
