abstract |
This invention provides a method for making flavoring pellets, the method including a cycle of (a) a process of spraying water or a binder liquid on a raw flavoring powder while blowing hot air into the raw flavoring powder to form a flowing layer of the raw flavoring powder until the water content of the raw flavoring powder has reached the flow limit (UF), and (b) a process of drying the raw flavoring powder after the above process (a) until the water content of the raw flavoring powder has reached a balanced water content (Ue), wherein the above cycle method is repeated twice or more. |
